We invite you to join us in this extraordinary journey towards a more compassionate and empathetic world. Together, we can make a difference, one animal at a time.

About the Founder

After completing her college education and briefly venturing into the corporate world, our founder, Veronica Dube, left on a transformative trip to Spain. There, she dedicated her time to volunteering at animal sanctuaries in Galicia and Valencia, an experience that filled her with purpose and fulfillment. It became clear to Veronica that her true calling lay in the welfare of animals.

However, she observed a recurring challenge – the sanctuaries she worked with were constantly struggling financially, making it difficult to sustain their vital work. In response to this pressing issue, Veronica founded Earth Angel Sanctuaries. Her initial goal was to raise awareness and much-needed funds for these sanctuaries. While volunteering and working to establish Earth Angel, she managed to raise approximately $5000, which she joyfully donated to support the cause. However, the challenges of tracking and ensuring the efficient use of these funds prompted her to rethink her approach.

During her time volunteering at a sanctuary in her hometown of Atlanta, Veronica had an epiphany. She decided that the most effective way to make a lasting impact on the welfare of animals and the sanctuary community was to start her own. This ambitious endeavor would allow her to gain hands-on experience in running a sanctuary efficiently, both financially and operationally. It would also provide her with valuable insights and build a network of expertise and supporters within the field of animal welfare. Armed with this knowledge and experience, she could then return to Earth Angel’s roots and make a tangible difference in the lives of sanctuaries worldwide.
